Packaging
Every painting is packaged in a custom-sized box with protective padding to ensure it arrives safely. We take great care with every shipment — your artwork matters to us.
Insurance
All shipments are insured up to £500 as standard. If your artwork is valued over £500, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange additional cover.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
Please note that from July 2026, EU customers may be subject to additional customs processing fees on orders under €150.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Damages & Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
