Delivery
All artwork is carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched by hand to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
As each piece is carefully prepared and packaged by hand, dispatch times may vary. Where applicable, estimated dispatch times will be provided at the point of purchase or communicated directly to the customer. Customers will be notified when their order has been shipped.
Orders are shipped using reputable postal or courier services. Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking information where available.
Please note that delivery times provided by postal and courier services are estimates only and are outside of our control. Delays caused by customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or carrier disruptions may affect delivery times.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us at hello@sayshe.studio and we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment.
Returns
Original Artwork
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, returns are accepted only if:
The artwork arrives damaged; or
The wrong item was supplied.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
The artwork
The packaging
Any visible damage
We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate solution.
Prints and Ready-Made Items
Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, customers may cancel and return eligible items within 14 days of receiving the order.
To qualify:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Commissions and Personalised Artwork
Commissioned, customised, or personalised artwork is generally non-refundable and non-returnable once work has begun.
This is in accordance with UK and EU consumer regulations relating to bespoke goods.
If a commission is cancelled before work has started, any refund will be considered at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of:
Receiving the returned item; or
Agreeing that a refund is due.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:
The item is faulty;
The item was damaged during transit; or
We sent the wrong item.
